Jill Embree has a background in Therapeutic Massage, Yoga Instruction and Classical Osteopathy with a particular interest in Craniosacral Therapy. This combination allows each treatment to be tailored to every clients unique requirements.
For Jill Embree, helping people feel better begins with understanding the person as a whole.
A lifelong resident of Truro, Nova Scotia, Jill has spent more than two decades working with people and learning about the many ways the body moves, adapts and responds. Her professional journey began as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2005 and eventually led her to osteopathic manual therapy, where she developed a deeper interest in the relationships between structure, movement and overall well-being.

Jill completed her studies in osteopathic manual therapy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy, graduating in 2019. Her education expanded her understanding of the body beyond individual areas of discomfort and strengthened her belief in taking the time to look at the bigger picture.

Her clinical experience also includes more than two decades of craniosacral therapy, supporting clients experiencing concerns such as headaches, migraines and concussion-related symptoms.

Alongside her osteopathic practice, Jill is a certified yoga instructor. Yoga has been an important part of her life for many years and continues to influence the way she works with clients. Her teaching draws from several yoga traditions, allowing her to adapt movement and practice to different abilities and experience levels.

Jill believes that effective care should be collaborative. Rather than simply treating a symptom, she works with each person to understand their individual needs, provide practical guidance and encourage greater awareness of their own body. Her goal is to help clients develop the knowledge and confidence they need to become active participants in their own well-being.

Outside of her clinical work, Jill enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring nature and sharing adventures with her daughter. She also enjoys hiking, paddleboarding and spending time with horses.

For Jill, health and wellness are not about achieving perfection. They are about finding balance, understanding your body and making choices that help you feel more capable, comfortable and connected to everyday life
