Embree Osteopathy respects the need for client privacy and takes reasonable steps to protect personal information collected via this website. Information collected through this website, forms or other website features will be treated with the utmost respect and confidentially. The use of cookies and other website technologies is primarily used to enhance the performance of the website and to track aggregate data for marketing purposes. Embree Osteopathy can not be held responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or policies of third party websites that may be linked to this website. Embree Osteopathy understands that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule  an Appointment you are required to provide 24 hours notice. This allows the Appointment to be booked by another client. Appointments cancelled with insufficient notice or missed Appointments may be subjected to a Cancellation Fee or Missed Appointment Fee up to the full amount of the Appointment Booked.

When you book any Appointment or Yoga Class you will be signed up for my Newsletter. Newsletters will not be frequent and you will always have the option to Unsubscribe. Newsletters will be sent to the email provided at the time of booking. If you have signed up for the Yoga Newsletter you will also have the option to Unsubscribe. Newsletters will be sent to your email via a Mailing List program or by Jill Embree directly. Any Third Party managing the Newsletter will only have your email address, First Name, Last Name and data related to the Newsletter.

Payment is due immediately after your Treatment or prior to the Yoga Class. Current fees are listed on this website, at the time of booking online via the Jane App or before the Treatment or Yoga Class by Jill Embree. Clients are responsible for their own Health Insurance policy cover limits and coverage for Osteopathic Treatment. Coverage varies between insurance companies and individual plans. Where Direct Billing is available clients may still be responsible for any portion of the fee not covered by their insurance policy. Embree Osteopathy does not guarantee reimbursement by any insurance provider. Clients are responsible for understanding the requirements of their individual insurance plan and for providing accurate information for claims or direct billing.
